Our simplified 3-step loan process and web-based platform makes the lending experience fast, easy, and convenient.
CLD will present you with a transaction summary. If you require additional information let us know and we will obtain it from Borrower.
After loan analysis Lender will share terms with CLD. We will present terms to Borrower. If Borrower accepts your terms we will sign Borrower with an exclusivity agreement which will prevent Borrower from shopping our terms.
We turn the Borrower over to the Lender and will make the pertinent introduction to your institution. CLD will keep in touch with Lender and Borrower periodically to make sure the process is as smooth and efficient as possible.
